So as promised here are some pics of the weekend ....first up is Rosalie with Kay Val & me...

Here is a group shot of the SA bloggers from left to right:
Leanne,Amanda,Lorraine,Dawn,Marcia,Kris,Val in front Kelly & Me.......

as you can probably tell we are a very quiet restrained bunch.!!! anyway enough of them!!!! on to the good stuff.....we had a goodie bag with starter packs for four different projects ...we could then purchase kits to finish whichever one we wanted so of course after taking half an hour to decide I brought all of them !!here are some pics of the projects
First up Janelle Winds ...a journal cover ( there was also a glasses case but I didnt get a pic of that) Janelle was teaching needle turn applique..

This was the project I started a bag from Melly....

Leannes project was 3 different sized ( & shaped) doileys.......

This was Rosalies a beautiful stitchery caddy (with a needle case)...Rosalie also taught a punch needle project but I missed getting a pic of that

Heres what I achieved I nearly finished it there just 2 birds and a house to do

Which I did today so I can now get on with finishing the bag.....

We had a lovely surprise on the sat night at dinner when Gail Pan arrived ...she wasnt teaching but had just come over for some socialising time ...this really made Kays weekend as she is a big fan of Gails designs having done a lot of them..

So once again thanks to Sarah and all her girls who worked really hard to make this weekend a sucess and all the teachers and roll on next year......
